Nick Zammuto, the singer-songwriter-composing force behind the highly innovative and influential duo the Books has formed a new four piece band, aptly called ZAMMUTO. Formed this year following the worldwide tour in support of the Books' highest selling album, The Way Out, ZAMMUTO expands on the wide-eyed exploration of the Books by blatantly and masterfully defying any emotional or technical limitations.
ZAMMUTO will release a limited edition single in December on the UK label Make Mine, featuring the songs "Idiom Wind", "F U C-3P0", and "Weird Ceiling". The band have also scheduled a handful of live concerts, where they will debut what has been described as "A truly forward-looking rock show, searingly bright and original".
